The Opportunity
Teams spend too much time managing work instead of doing it. Projects, meetings, documents and tasks often live across disconnected tools. Utom explored a more unified workspace powered by AI.
Product Vision
One workspace for work that never stops moving. Instead of becoming another task manager, Utom was designed as an intelligent workspace where AI helps organise, create and keep teams aligned.
Approach
The goal wasn't to recreate existing productivity tools, but to simplify how teams create, organise and complete work by making AI a natural part of every workflow.

What Changed
Throughout the project, the product evolved repeatedly as priorities shifted. Rather than polishing a single feature set, the work focused on exploring multiple directions for an AI-first productivity workspace.
