Atlas
Atlas turns website visits into useful buyer conversations. Through voice or chat, it answers questions, understands intent, recommends relevant solutions, qualifies opportunities, and helps buyers book meetings with the right team.

The Opportunity
I saw the gap between someone showing real interest and a sales team being available to respond. Atlas fills that space by understanding what buyers need, helping them in the moment, and bringing sales in when the conversation is actually worth continuing.
Product Vision
I wanted Atlas to actually move the conversation forward, not just answer questions. It helps buyers figure out what they need, recommends the right solution, qualifies them along the way, and gets the right conversations to sales.
Design Principles
Invisible Intelligence
Make complex AI feel simple and natural.
Confidence Over Complexity
Give every interaction one clear purpose and next step.
Conversation Before Conversion
Help the buyer before asking for their information.
Understanding the Journey
Brand Identity
I created a flexible identity system that connects the brand with the product experience—from the Atlas logo and visual language to launch posters and real-world applications.

Buyer Experience
I designed the buyer experience to help visitors find answers, understand the right solution, and take the next step through voice or chat. Atlas listens, recommends, qualifies, and supports meeting booking without making the interaction feel like a form or traditional chatbot.

Team Experience
Conversation
A searchable record of voice and chat, complete with summaries, intent, and next steps.

Library
A continuously improving source system for answers, gaps, and approved guidance.

Insights
I designed the experience around clear patterns rather than overwhelming dashboards. Teams can quickly identify common questions, recurring objections, knowledge gaps, product interest, and changes in buyer intent.
Jane
This is where teams create and refine the AI representative behind the buyer experience.
I designed it as a guided workspace for defining Atlas’s identity, voice, behaviour, knowledge, qualification approach, and handoff rules. Changes can be previewed through a sample conversation before they are published.
Settings
Connections allows teams to link Atlas with the tools they already use. I designed it to make setup feel approachable while clearly showing what data each connection shares and whether it is working correctly.

Looking Ahead
Future opportunities include richer memory, multilingual agents, better voice, collaborative AI, and proactive revenue intelligence.
