About me

I'm Maurice Victor, a product designer, car nerd, and sunset chaser. Growing up in Odukpani's rolling hills, I fell in love with open skies and building things that matter. Today, I craft digital experiences for AI, SaaS, Web3, and fintech teams who believe good technology should feel as natural as watching clouds drift by.
My childhood was a mix of hills and curiosity. While other kids played football, I’d dismantle radios to see how they worked or sketch the sunset over Calabar’s horizon. My parents: a radio broadcaster and a nurse, taught me early: ‘If you’re going to make something, make it last.’
That curiosity eventually led me to study Physics at the University. Physics taught me to think in terms of systems, relationships, and how seemingly small parts work together to create something bigger. I carry that way of thinking into my design work, breaking down complex problems and turning them into experiences that feel simple and intuitive.
Most recently, I designed at Kassie, an AI revenue platform. Previously, I designed healthcare experiences at Proxy Medicine, consumer products at TechWorkStation, and digital products at WebDesignWife and Energi Core.

Interests & Things
Music
I love music. My favorites are Frankie Stew, Brymo, and Golden Vessel’s Hesitate. I work with these melodies.

Minimalism
Less but better. I own only what I need, and trash features that don’t serve a purpose. Clarity over clutter, always.
Movies
12 Angry Men is my Fav. The pacing and dialogue is what I obsess about. Someday, I want to direct films. I’ve started learning camerawork.
