The Opportunity
Sales conversations rarely begin with the full story.
Customer context is scattered across meetings, recordings, email, calendars, documents, and CRM records. Sellers spend valuable time reconstructing the relationship—or enter calls without it.
Opportunity: Create one place where every conversation starts informed and ends with a clear next step.
Product Vision
A continuous workspace for the entire customer relationship.
Relay was designed to connect preparation, live conversations, outcomes, and customer history without forcing sellers to rebuild context between tools.
Prepare → Join → Meet → Capture → Follow up → Continue the relationship
Product Design Principles
Show what changes the conversation
Prioritise decision makers, buying context, risk, and the next step.
Explain every signal
Risk must be supported by visible customer activity—not an unexplained score.
Preserve the relationship
Sales, implementation, and renewal belong to the same company history.
Protect the room
Meeting tools should support the conversation without becoming the conversation.
Brand Identity
Relay’s identity combines deep graphite surfaces, warm neutrals, and mint signals to feel focused, trustworthy, and distinctly human.

Team Experience
wORKSPACE
I designed the Workspace as a focused starting point for today’s meetings, team activity, performance signals, and customer relationships that need attention.

Meetings
I designed the complete meeting journey—from preparation and pre-join setup to the live call and post-meeting review, including transcripts, recordings, decisions, and action items.

Customers
I created one continuous customer record that connects contacts, meetings, completed sales, relationship signals, implementation, renewals, and next steps.

Knowledge
I designed Knowledge as a trusted library where teams can manage verified playbooks, pricing, security documents, implementation guides, and customer proof.

Looking Ahead
Future opportunities include production CRM and calendar sync, configurable knowledge permissions, richer team reporting, administrative settings, and an optional outbound dialer for unscheduled calls.
